Scheduler's page

To reschedule a conflict game, reserve an (available) indoor practice time, or book an (available) alternative outdoor box practice, please email scheduler@ndml.ca.  Requests will be accomodated in order of email received.

Teams who are not going to use their assigned floor time for a game must also notify the scheduler prior to using it has a practice time.  The scheduler will let you proceed with your practice providing no other team needs to schedule a game.  Game scheduling will always take precedence over practice times.  Available practice times will be available on a first-come first-serve basis but will be distributed as evenly as possible to all teams.

Our goal is to use 100% of our available indoor time.  Having these times remain "dark" does not reflect well on the association and also does not reflect well when negotiating for floor times with the municipality and other associations. 

 

 CONFLICTS

• This page will list available conflict game slots.
• To book an available conflict spot,
  • Please email the scheduler with your choice of slot
    • "Available for Conflict Game" = available conflict game TBR's
    • "Available for Practice" = available for practices or conflict game/ TBR's
  • If still available, the schedule will "reserve" that spot and email the team manager.  The spot will be reserved for 24 hours.
  • Team manager to confirm with the away team
  • Team manager to confirm game with scheduler or release if not suitable
  • Once confirmed by the scheduler,  team manager can add the game day/time to their team schedule.
