*Competitive Introduction Trained or Lacrosse Fully Certified Level 2 (C2)

*Member in Good Standing of the BCLA

*Endorsement of Home Association and Association Coaching Coordinator

*Display strong Fair Play Principles

A Criminal Record Check has been completed in the last 12 months
